I knew that this is maybe an old news for some of you. But it just recently I’ve got chances to tried this client on my iPad. It’s a nice monitoring tool for your virtual environment especially the GUI but please don’t expect too much on it. At this moment, only few tasks can be executed from your iPad such as host and VM performance, vMotion, snapshot view, ping, traceroute and etc. Nevertheless, it does helps you to some extent especially when you doing basic monitoring and troubleshooting of your VM. Beside that, you can open it via Web Access as well and to get start, just get vCMA image from VMware site, import ovf template to your virtual environment and you are ready to go.
